When phoning, please be aware that the care of our feline guests takes priority and we may not always be able to get to the phone. Please leave a message, including the number of cats and dates required along with your telephone number if you are trying to make a reservation, and we will check on availability before ringing you back.

Please be aware that although this online checker will give you an indication of availability and submit a booking request, the computer isn't always as clever as us humans. So please wait to hear back from us before confirming your holiday dates. If you need it confirming urgently, please contact us by phone. Additionally, in very busy times, if it says there’s no availability it is always worth dropping us a quick email as we are quite often able to re-arrange bookings more efficiently to free up some space.
If you wish to book more than one suite, please submit separate booking requests for each suite.

Please Note:

• We are closed Sundays & Bank Holidays.
• Viewings, arrivals and departures are all by appointment.
• Suites are charged by the day so as not to rush your cats departure (so include the day of arrival and the day of departure).
• There is a minimum stay/charge of 4 days to allow for cleanings/disinfecting of suites between guests.
• Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Easter Sunday all attract a peak period surcharge.
• A non-refundable deposit of £30 is required to confirm a booking.
• Any bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice shall still be charged at the full value.
